In the 1950s, there was one and only one designer that made the most eccentric pearl earrings the world has ever seen : Leru Jewelry.

Signed Leru, these striking pearl and rhinestone clip earrings invoke an antique look with gold Fleur de Lis Finials around the perimeter. The earrings are made of gold metal and be sure to look at the backs : The intricate findings are very similar to what was use by Miriam Haskell and Robert DeMario.

As far as pearl earrings go, these earrings are a rather large design but they are not heavy to wear. They are not really that wide at just 1 1/2" or 38 mm, but the stacked design has an ornate regal cluster look.

The lustrous pearls are white, champagne, and bronze. All are wired in placed with fancy brass flower bell caps. Adding to the golden theme, the rhinestone chatons are sparkling Citrine.

The earrings are in pristine clean condition with no imperfections or flaws. There is no gold wear, no loss of gold, and no greening or verdigris. All of the rhinestones are original, present, and super sparkling. The pearls are clean and lustrous with no wear. The clips are in proper working order with no wear as well. Both earrings are signed Leru.
