Funky Vintage Earrings Big Yellow Feather Clips 1950s Jewelry

CLICK TITLE TO BUY

As a vintage jewelry collector of almost 40 years, one of my all time favorite types of vintage earrings to collect are frilly, soft plastic, feather earrings that were made the late 1950s and early 1960s.

I admire them not just because they are wild and funky but because you must understand that when they were made, they were really far out : very far from the norm of everything else ladies could find. They were cool new fashions that were made mainly in West Germany.

Most feather earrings are purple, blue, or green. Yellow is the hardest color to find. Yellow faded easily an it is important that yellow feather earrings look like new, like these earrings. The earrings are clips and this long feather design features 4 ostrich plumes in layers. At the bottom is a single AB rhinestone. The earrings clip to your ear and fan up and around the outside of your ear in an arch. The feathers can be spread out or bunched together.

Light weight to wear but large in size, the earrings are 3" or 76 mm long.

Both earrings are in pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. The clips are like new and in perfect working order. The earrings are not signed.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new luxury presentation earrings box.
