Sterling Silver Vntage Bracelet RARE Italian Satin Etched Bangle

Of all the bracelets in the whole world, elegant slender sparkling bangles like this one are my favorite to wear.

This gold vermeil sterling silver bracelet was made in Italy in the 1950-1960 era. The exterior is fascinating and extremely elegant. The exterior is gold vermeil, on a very refined hammered texture, however what catches you eye is the brilliant diamond like sparkle of the sterling micro-bead overlay.

All around the perimeter are long engraved leaf branches and the leaves are a type of poured Sapphire glass that look like real jewels. The exterior of the bracelet is convex and the interior is concave, also finished in a refined hammered texture in gold vermeil.

Oval in shape, this slender bangle is 2 5/8" or 60 mm wide across the interior. The bracelet itself is 5/16" or 8 mm wide. The bangle will accommodate wrists up to 7" in diameter.

The bangle has a quality sterling hidden insert clasp as well as a fold over safety catch, both in tight proper working order. The inside is signed 925 FAS, indicating it was made in Italy. (I'm not aware of any other country that used FAS after the 925 mark, which stands for Fused Alloy Silver.) The design of the insert clasp is also one that was produced only in Italy.

The entire bracelet is in superb pristine clean like new condition with no imperfections or flaws. There is no gold or silver wear or loss of gold or silver finishes and there are no scratches, scuffs, or dings. There is no glass enamel wear or loss of same.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new luxury presentation bracelet box.

A note about putting this bangle on : The bracelet does not have a hinge but you do not have to fit your whole hand through a 2 5/8" opening. You put the bangle next to your wrist and gently, slightly, twist; the bracelet will bend to an S shape and snap in place around you wrist. You put it on much like you would a standard wrap / coil bracelet.
