Made in the 1970s, this American Indian sterling and turquoise long pendant necklace is simple design that can be worn everyday with casual attire. It is not a big bulky squash blossom design and this design was most likely originally made for a man. The necklace is not signed however it was most likely made by Cherokee Indians as I acquired this necklace in the TN/NC Appalachian region.

The pendant features a large perfectly turquoise blue turquoise cab with no cracks, chips, scuffs, or dings. The pendant and the necklace beads are all sterling silver. The necklace has been professionally cleaned and polished and is ready to wear. Professional cleaning means the necklace was polished with professional silver polishing jewelry cloth only; no chemicals or other cleaners were used and the original aged patina was intentionally left in tact.

The necklace is 22" or 56 cm long. The pendant is 1 1/4" or 32mm wide. The turquoise cab is 3/4" or 20 mm long.

All of the sterling beads are in excellent condition as well with no dings or scratches. The necklace is finished with an easy to use hook and the beads are strung on durable stainless steel wire.

Comes gift wrapped and shipped in a new luxury presentation necklace box.
